A full-service agency based in Miami.

My Contributions

During my time at M8, I developed front-end interfaces for different clients such as Volkswagen, Starwoods Hotels, Aloft Hotels, Bupa Global Insurance, and lastly, Dior. Dior was my main project for a full year, and I got to design and lead the team behind a POS solution custom to the brand's needs.

The project aimed to develop a POS system for Dior to replace their existing process. To develop a solution, we set up user interviews, field studies and gathered data on the issues we were trying to solve. We then created several iterations of wireframes and user-flows that were consistently tested until we reach a usable interface.

The project's development portion was done partially by outsourced resources and the front end portion in house. I managed the team abroad.
